Everyone's path looks different.

Some people come in to therapy knowing exactly what they need to work through. Others just know something feels off and want help figuring out what. Both are a good place to start.

Below is an overview of who I work with and what sessions look like — but the specifics of our work together will always be shaped around you, not a checklist.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions for adults working through anxiety, trauma, identity, transition, grief, or the general weight of carrying more than anyone realizes. Sessions are client-led — we go where you actually need to go, not where a treatment template says we should.

Couples & Families:

Support for the people you're closest to — working through communication, conflict, or a season that's put real strain on the relationship. The goal isn't to assign blame. It's to help everyone in the room actually hear each other.

Veterans & First Responders

Support for the transitions, losses, and pressures that come with service — military or civilian. You won't need to translate your experience for me to understand its weight.

LGBTQ+ Individuals

An affirming space to work through anything — identity, relationships, family, anxiety, or anything else — with a therapist who starts from acceptance, not explanation.

This is a short, 15 minute, no-obligation call to talk through what's bringing you in and get a feel for whether we're a good fit.  I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the process and next steps.
