Therapy that helps you find your way.
Maybe it's the thing you can't quite put into words yet. A season that's harder than it should be. A version of yourself you're trying to get back to…or find for the first time.
You don't need a crisis to justify therapy. You just need a place where you can say the real thing, without managing how it lands.
This is a short, 15 minute, no-obligation call to talk through what's bringing you in and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the process and next steps.

A message from our founder.
Inner Path Therapy exists because I believe the relationship between a client and their therapist is the thing that actually makes therapy work. Not the technique. Not the credentials on the wall. The relationship. If you feel heard, if you feel like you can be honest without being judged for it, the rest becomes possible.

Getting Started.
-
Schedule a free consultation. If it feels like a fit, we'll set your first session.
-
We talk through what's bringing you to therapy right now and you get a feel for me before committing to anything. No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation.
-
Right now the focus is virtual sessions, from the comfort of wherever you are located in Texas, Idaho or South Carolina.
-
Sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients start weekly and adjust from there based on what's actually helpful — this isn't a fixed program.
-
We are still currently finishing the credentialing process with insurance providers. So, for now, therapy is cash pay, and/or you can also utilize your HSA.
-
You don't need a crisis to justify starting. If something feels off, that's reason enough to talk it through.
