About Inner Path Therapy.

Some people come in to therapy knowing exactly what they need to work through. Others just know something feels off and want help figuring out what. Both are a good place to start.

What We Believe About Therapy.

Growth. Self-discovery. Courage. Authenticity. Those aren't just words I like — they're what I'm actually watching for in our work together: the moment you get a little more honest with yourself than you were before.

Therapy is work. It should be…you're doing something that matters. My job isn't to make it easy. It's to make sure you're not doing it alone, and that you're never made to feel small for needing help in the first place.

Meet Brooke.

I named this practice after the way an arrow works. Before it can fly, it has to be pulled back - held in tension, aimed, ready. That's what therapy feels like for a lot of people: uncomfortable, deliberate, and necessary before anything moves forward.

Inner Path Therapy exists because I believe the relationship between a client and their therapist is the thing that actually makes therapy work. Not the technique. Not the credentials on the wall. The relationship. If you feel heard, if you feel like you can be honest without being judged for it, the rest becomes possible.

I work primarily with veterans, first responders, and LGBTQ+ individuals — people who often carry things quietly, and who deserve a therapist who won't ask them to explain the basics before the real work can start.

I hold a [Master's in Counseling] and I'm licensed as a LPC in Texas, Idaho and South Carolina. But if you're trying to get a sense of who I am beyond the license: I'm a wife and a mother, and being able to show up authentically — both at home and in the therapy room — is something I don't take for granted. I don't think of myself as someone with all the answers. I think of myself as someone who's genuinely curious about yours.

Most of the people who find me were sent by someone I've already worked with. I'd rather earn a good reputation slowly than promise more than I can deliver.
